WOW it has been a really LOOOOOONG TIME

Sorry it has been so long since I have posted a blog....life has gotten just a wee bit crazy...Krista was diagnosed with Scleroderma in July (right around her second birthday...Happy Birthday Kid...) We have been working with some Awesome Doctors for a while she was going to San Diego 3 days in a row once a month for infusions plus 2 other days in the month for doctor visits with the dermatologist and the radiologist and then one trip a month just for blood work...we now only have to go once a month (every other month to each doctor on rotating months) and they can do the blood work up here. She has to take a pill everyday and get a shot once a week, which I give her ( the first few times were really hard, but it is getting easier) her legs are both growing and they are growing at the same rate which is AWESOME, we were really afraid that she was going to have one leg much shorter than the other. The spot on her leg doesn't look too bad it looks like a big bruise that has caved in with a very small scar in the middle of it, with all things considered we have been very very lucky, this could have been so much worse than it is...It is not in her organs, while it is in her hip and she will probably have arthritis by the time she is in kindergarten it is not slowing down the growth in her leg and it sure has not let it slow her down one bit.

Bobbie has been doing amazing in school as per the usual, she won her class spelling bee and is studying over Christmas break because the school wide one is as soon as they get back and she is worried because she is competing against the 5th graders. I am sure she will do wonderfully.

Robert and I are doing well, we are not quite ready for Christmas we are running a bit behind ( but that tends to be the norm for us) On January 2nd we will celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary. I guess that's it for now...
