Hey all,
I just wanted to remind you that Bobbie is doing the Relay for life on Saturday May 30th (yes that is her Birthday)...She has a very large goal, and while I am not sure she is going to make her goal I would love to see her come as close as possible. She had asked for donations instead of birthday gifts from everyone and has come quite a ways with that and the booth she ran at the school carnival and the change jug she set out on the counter at school. I am so proud of my "little girl" who is turning into such an awesome person with a heart of gold...I know a few of you have mentioned that you may (or WILL) need a reminder about the sponsorship so that is what I am doing here, you are already on the computer it would be easy to do right now just go to the link at the bottom of this email. I hope you all have a great day and think of Bobbie on Saturday as she walks her little legs off trying to help find a cure for this horrible illness that takes too many people!!!
The link to her site, where you can sponsor her or just read what She has to say about why she is doing this---

Thank you,Tammy

22 days and counting....
22 school days left before summer vacation....WOO HOO I am so excited, I can't wait!!!! I do believe that I am more excited than Bobbie is, I can not wait to sleep in ( by that I mean till 7:30 or 8) at times it seems as if the school year has flown by, and other times it seems to be taking forever...and with the end of the school year, comes my busiest time of year, with awards assembly's (and with a kid like Bobbie there are a lot of them) and TON'S of PTA stuff, this week is Teacher/staff adoration week so I am up at 5 and to the school by 7 to get done or get passed out what ever little thing it is we are doing for the teachers that day,
Monday~we made a salad bar of sorts for the teachers
Tuesday~A giant thank you card and Candy
Wednesday(today)~a breakfast buffet
Thursday~a little note and goody in each of their boxes
Friday~ we have a chocolate fountain and lots of goodies to dip in the fountain
then on May 29th (the day before Bobbies 9th birthday, and the Relay for life) we have our Big lunch that we do for the teachers...this year a baseball/teamwork theme....and the list of stuff goes on and on, so you see why I am counting down the school days?....I can sleep in 22 days!!!!

My daughter has a good heart!!!
Bobbie had decided to do the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life again ( she did it in 2007) this year it falls on her 9th birthday so that gave her an idea, instead of gifts for her birthday she wants people to sponsor her click here for details she says that no gift is better than to help save lives...I am so proud of her...

The Bachelor
OK so I am a fan of the bachelor, I don't watch every season but I do watch about half of the seasons, and they always bill it as the most dramatic ________(fill in the blank) ever...well this time they were right...up until the last episode it was pretty much standard...guy meets 25 desperate girls, girls fight with each other, guy goes on dates that he would never think up on his own, guy kisses all the girls and make them feel special, guy sends home all but 2 girls...now we get to the good part...guy (who we all thought was so sweet, cause he got rejected by the bachelorette last time and because he is a single dad and his son is supposedly his whole life) says good-bye to one of the girls and asks the other to marry him ( that is par for the course) then at the after show thing where we catch up on what they have all been up to for the last 6 weeks guy tells host of show that he is going to dump the girl he chose on national TV and ask girl he dumped for another shot...this is where I got so mad that I threw the remote at the dog (thank God for Tanner I have a bad aim) so he brings out this girl, with whom he has spent the holidays with and I assume has spent tons of time getting to know his son (although said son, who is supposedly his whole life was never mentioned...by either party), and he dumps her with the "It's not you" speech...girl is much more classy than I would have been and asks why he is not willing to fight for her...Guy makes up lame excuse after Lame excuse and girl mutters under her breath "you are such a bastard"...Again, so much nicer than I would have been...girl then gets into limo after telling guy (whom we will now refer to as Rat Bastard) not to call or text her ever again...once in limo she is talking to the camera about how hurt she is, but didn't want to show him that (can you blame her? he just dumped her on national TV...Rat Bastard) and then they bring out the other girl the one he dumped 6 weeks ago and she told him when he dumped her that he was making a mistake (guess she was right)..the host talks to her for a bit with out the rat bastard there and asks her if she still has feeling for the loser ( he used the rat bastards name) and she said her feelings had not changed and she was still in love with him and that was an emotion that you can't just turn off ( she was wrong he was able to turn it off with Girl #1)...then they brought the rat bastard out and her told girl #2 that he broke up with girl #1 ( he didn't mention it was on TV) and that he wanted to go out for a drink with her and give their relationship a shot...now at this point I would have asked if he was serious or if he was going to change his mind again...she just said OK and started kissing him...oh well there is another after the rose thing on tonight, maybe he will dump girl #2 and try it with girl #3...or maybe the host is more the rat bastards type...either way I hope if...no when he dumps the next one that he at least has the balls to do it in a manly way and not on TV for all to see...
I have seen 2 interviews with him today and he keeps saying that everyone is mad at him and he is OK with it because it is his real life and he is living it, we are not...well he chose to get into this situation and he chose to pick girl #1 and ten dump her 6 weeks after he asked her to marry him for girl #2...TV or not this would piss me off, he says he was falling in love with 2 girls at once and makes it like we should feel sorry for him, i might have, if he hadn't gotten down on one knee and asked girl #1 to marry him...if you are in love with 2 girls and you are that unsure why not just hand girl #1 a rose and say "I pick you, lets go hang out"...nope instead he broke her heart on TV and took from her the special moment of getting proposed to, now when she does find a good guy the proposal will still be very special but will be lacking a little something because it won't be the first one...well I am done venting...for now at least...we will see how tonight's show goes....

Vegas BABY!!!!
We went to Vegas for this break from School, it was nice to get away and nicer to get back...I had a blast we did all kinds of stuff from the M and M store and coke factory to the wax museum to the hoover dam ( that was not so much fun, but was good for Bobbie) Robert took me to a magic show while Jess watched the kids, that was awesome he surprised me with backstage passes and we got to meet Steve Wyrick ( awesome guy, really nice and not to hard on the eyes either) he did a trick just for the 2 of us and we got to take pictures with the plane that he makes appear on stage...did lots of other stuff to many things to remember right now, I am sure I will blog more later when I can think better...lol...Posted by mom of 2 wonderful brats at 8:17 PM 0 comments

My own Biggest fan
I was told that some of the people in my life think that and I quote " I am the president of my own fan club"...It got me thinking of a couple of things...
1. everybody should be the president of their own fan club...if you don't know all your great quality's then who does, you are around yourself more than anyone else, no one knows your good (or your bad ) like you do...
2. I am funny, I know I am funny, I laugh a lot, people around me laugh a lot, am I supposed to act like I don't know I am funny? Why would anyone try to hide one of their attributes? I am a klutz, I am over weight, I can be selfish, and there are other bad quality's but the good out weigh the bad...by a lot...
so I have decided to run with this...I am starting my own fan club, you may join if you wish, or not if you don't but I am an awesome person so YAY ME!!!
Terrific
Awesome
Magnificent
Magical
Yummy
so I guess I need:
a chant/song--to the tune of "Hey Ricky"---Hey Tammy your so fine, your so fine you blow my mind Hey Tammy!!!
a logo
posters
some members/fans----My mom, Kathy and Jess so far...
a name for my fans, like the claymates or heartmongers or blockheads
a website----ohhhh we can use my myspace....
t-shirts with my face on them---could be scary...lets put something else on them
membership cards
contests to win time with me
some signed stuff of mine to give away
so if you want to join just let me, if you want to apply to be on the board just let me know...
For now I think I am going to head to bed, you should be able to tell from this post just how very tired I am
Good night and God bless...no applause please....Tammy has left the building....

Happy Birthday Daddy!!!! I miss you like crazy!!!

I am going crazy today. I am hiding in my office, I am not answering my phone or talking to anyone unless I have to, this birthday is hitting me the hardest. I have so much going on in my life right now that I would love to talk to you about and get your advice on. Throughout my life if I had a big decision to make I knew I could always go to you and you would give me sound advise. I knew that no matter what trouble I had gotten myself into you would help me figure out how to get myself out of it, and how not to get there again. I know it sounds bad, but I almost feel like you abandoned me when I was going to need you most...Bobbie is getting older and Krista never even got to meet you, its not fair, I am not even 30 years old I should still have my daddy, and I don't...yes I know you are in my heart and always will be and most of the time I can take comfort in that, but for right now I am angry that you are not here in person, I miss my daddy and I need my daddy. I should not be angry with you on your birthday, I should be all hearts and flowers, but right now I just can't...I am being selfish and I miss you. Any ways I hope that you are having a very happy birthday up in heaven, I know all your pain is gone and you are walking on streets of gold....I am happy for you, I promise, I am just having a hard time today...

Some very Good Ideas...
1. Marry a man/woman you love to talk to. As you get older, their conversational skills will be as important as any other.
2. Don't believe all you hear, spend all you have or sleep all you want.
3. When you say, 'I love you,' mean it.
4. When you say, 'I'm sorry,' look the person in the eye.
5. Be engaged at least six months before you get married.
6. Believe in love at first sight.
7. Never laugh at any one's dreams. People who don't have dreams don't have much.
8. Love deeply and passionately. You might get hurt but it's the only way to live life completely.
9. In disagreements, fight fairly. No name calling. (When fighting with your spouse do so naked, the fight won't last long.)
10. Don't judge people by their relatives.
11. Talk slowly but think quickly.
12. When someone asks you a question you don't want to answer, smile and ask, 'Why do you want to know?
13. Remember that great love and great achievements involve great risk.
14. Say 'bless you' when you hear someone sneeze.
15. When you lose, don't lose the lesson.
16. Remember the three R's: Respect for self; Respect for others;and Responsibility for all your actions.
17. Don't let a little dispute injure a great friendship.
18. When you realize you've made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it.
19. Smile when picking up the phone. The caller will hear it in your voice.
20. Spend some time alone.

Resolutions....better late than never...
So normally I don't make New Years Resolutions, I think it is setting your self up to fail, plus I am lazy, too lazy to make a list and way to lazy to do the stuff on the list, but this year several of my friends had made resolutions and a couple have made some pretty long lists and it made me think, and how many things in my life I would like to change, now don't get me wrong I am happy with my life...VERY HAPPY, but I just want to better myself in a few ways and I thought if I posted them here it might help me to keep them on my mind and help me to make the changes in my life that I need/want to make...
1. I want to go back to school--even if just for one class at a time, I miss learning new things and challenging my brain.
2. I want to try new things--I have always been the type of person who is pretty much up for anything, as long as it sounds fun, or sounds good...well I want to try new things even if they don"t necessarily sound good, who knows where it could lead I may find something I love...so I want to take a cue from my best friend and try everything at least twice...
3. I want to speak my mind--some of you (well most of you) are under the assumption that I already do that, well I do most of the time, but there are times when I don't for various reasons (I don't want to hurt someones feelings, I am to scared, I figure it's not that big of a deal to just "let it go") and lately it has been eating me up not to say some of the things I have been thinking and feeling so I want to be able to tell people what I am thinking and how I am feeling, so I don't keep holding it in until it eats away at me
4. I want to lose weight--don't get me wrong I am happy with how I look (except the saggy boobs), and Robert loves the way I look (even the saggy boobs), this is not a looks thing, I want to be more healthy, I want to have more energy, I want to be able to buy clothes at any store, and be able to shop here in town instead of having to drive at least 30 min. just to get clothes, I want to be able to pick up a pair of jeans for less than $50.00...clothes for my size cost a fortune...
5. I want to try and spend more quality time my girls--lately its homework, dinner, a little bit (very little) of play time, bath, bed for Bobbie and nap, dinner, a little bit (very little) of play time, bath, bed for Krista....I miss them I love to play with them to see them smile, to hear about what happened during Bobbies day...to watch them interact with each other...I just miss them and I am afraid time and the stages that they are in are just going to pass me by...
6.I want to listen better to others-- I want to take what they have to say into consideration, When I get something in my head a lot of times I tent to get so focused on what ever that may be that I "steam roll" over everything and everyone else...
So anyway, those are the things I hope to change in my life, you are welcome to add more if you can think of any, and I may or may not agree, but I will listen... ( I hope...lol)

I may have to give in...
I hate going to the doctor! I just thought I would state that to start with, I actually don't mind if there is nothing wrong with me, like for check ups and such...but when I have a reason to go I don't want to, it is a pain it normally happens when I have no time what so ever, and is just plain a hassle, most times I would rather suffer through what ever is bothering me, plus right now I am with out insurance so it can get really expensive....I am however very lucky to have a Doctor who not only realizes that I hate going to see him ( he doesn't even take offence) but he also realizes that I am with out insurance, so a lot of times if it is something simple a phone call will do and we take it from there....on January 5th I fell and dislocated my knee, for most people this would cause them to seek immediate medical attention, but to me it happens every 6 months or so (I have a very bad knee) so I laid there for a minute, popped it back into place and went on with what I was doing, with a slight limp, that I knew would go away in a couple of days, no harm~no foul, well as I was walking into the house later that day it popped out again (this has never happened) and so I sat there and looked at it and realized that the cap went toward the outside, away from my other leg... (again that had never happened before, normally goes in, toward the other leg) so again I popped it back into place and got up, this time it was much more tender and I was having a very hard time walking...so anyways the next day I decided if I was going to move I was going to need to use Daddy's old cane...so for 2 days I walked with a cane (by that time we were on the 7th)...after that limping was manageable and since I was tripping people with my cane ( most of which were on accident) I decided to limp it out, even though it was more tender than normal...all was going pretty well, well as well as could be until yesterday (the 11th) I went shopping and out to lunch and then more shopping (hobbling the whole way) and by the time I got home I was having spasms...kinda felt like my leg was falling asleep from the knee down, but not the normal part of falling asleep, the painful part...you know what part I mean where its like you can't move and it just HURTS, well this has gone on and off all night last night and all day today, so I am afraid I may have to give in and actually go to the flippin doctor....ehh maybe I will give it another couple of days....I am so afraid because I know what they are going to do,(<--- click and you will see why I don't want to go to the Doctor) and I just don't have the time to deal with it all, plus I have a vacation coming up and I WILL NOT be laid up during it.... so anyways Just wanted to vent....

Boobs... A Fact of Life and A Pain in the Rump!!!
So I took the "airbags" out and I tried the bra on with a couple of my shirts, and as long as I don't put the "airbags" in I like the way it looks, so I am going to keep the bra and not use the "airbags"....is there anyone out there in need of some "airbags"...I will gladly send them your way....
Thanks for letting me vent...and if you have any ideas why they would make such a thing please let me know, cause now it's bugging me....

Happy New Year!!!!
The new year is traditionally a time for cleaning out the bad from your life~be it people, things, habits....and is a time to decide to do things better, to do the right thing, to start over...I tend to look back on the year that has ended and as I look back on 2008 I wonder if I have done the things I should have or maybe done the things I shouldn't have....either way I try to live my life with no regrets (as a wise person once said, regrets will leave scars on your soul and doubt in your heart), the things I do and experience make me the person I am, but still I wonder if maybe I have done something that I shouldn't have, if I have hurt someone I care about or some one I love, I wonder if I have touched some ones life in an awesome way that will change their life for the better, have I left a mark? If I were to die today would the world be a better place because I was in it (besides my girls, cause I know the world is a better place because of them...), have I pushed someone (or more than one someone) into something they didn't want to do, Have I made them feel like if they did not want to do things my way I would not like/love them anymore...Have I mothered my friends when they didn't want to be, and all they really needed was a friend not a mother~ for me that last part would be hard to change...I am a mom, I love my girls with all my heart and if I find a friend or loved one that I care about very deeply and that I love I find it hard not to try and protect them, to help them when they fall, to let them know if I think they are doing something that will hurt them, I am a mom it is who I am, I am not sure if I can or even want to change~ I think the things I listed above make a good friend as well as a good mom...
Sorry for rambling, I was typing this as I was thinking back and I am sure it came out sounding all weird and garbled...
Happy New Year!!! I hope for all of you out there that this is the best year you have had yet, and that they only get better each and every year!!!!!
