I hate going to the doctor! I just thought I would state that to start with, I actually don't mind if there is nothing wrong with me, like for check ups and such...but when I have a reason to go I don't want to, it is a pain it normally happens when I have no time what so ever, and is just plain a hassle, most times I would rather suffer through what ever is bothering me, plus right now I am with out insurance so it can get really expensive....I am however very lucky to have a Doctor who not only realizes that I hate going to see him ( he doesn't even take offence) but he also realizes that I am with out insurance, so a lot of times if it is something simple a phone call will do and we take it from there....on January 5th I fell and dislocated my knee, for most people this would cause them to seek immediate medical attention, but to me it happens every 6 months or so (I have a very bad knee) so I laid there for a minute, popped it back into place and went on with what I was doing, with a slight limp, that I knew would go away in a couple of days, no harm~no foul, well as I was walking into the house later that day it popped out again (this has never happened) and so I sat there and looked at it and realized that the cap went toward the outside, away from my other leg... (again that had never happened before, normally goes in, toward the other leg) so again I popped it back into place and got up, this time it was much more tender and I was having a very hard time walking...so anyways the next day I decided if I was going to move I was going to need to use Daddy's old cane...so for 2 days I walked with a cane (by that time we were on the 7th)...after that limping was manageable and since I was tripping people with my cane ( most of which were on accident) I decided to limp it out, even though it was more tender than normal...all was going pretty well, well as well as could be until yesterday (the 11th) I went shopping and out to lunch and then more shopping (hobbling the whole way) and by the time I got home I was having spasms...kinda felt like my leg was falling asleep from the knee down, but not the normal part of falling asleep, the painful part...you know what part I mean where its like you can't move and it just HURTS, well this has gone on and off all night last night and all day today, so I am afraid I may have to give in and actually go to the flippin doctor....ehh maybe I will give it another couple of days....I am so afraid because I know what they are going to do,(<--- click and you will see why I don't want to go to the Doctor) and I just don't have the time to deal with it all, plus I have a vacation coming up and I WILL NOT be laid up during it.... so anyways Just wanted to vent....

Boobs... A Fact of Life and A Pain in the Rump!!!
So I took the "airbags" out and I tried the bra on with a couple of my shirts, and as long as I don't put the "airbags" in I like the way it looks, so I am going to keep the bra and not use the "airbags"....is there anyone out there in need of some "airbags"...I will gladly send them your way....
Thanks for letting me vent...and if you have any ideas why they would make such a thing please let me know, cause now it's bugging me....

Happy New Year!!!!
The new year is traditionally a time for cleaning out the bad from your life~be it people, things, habits....and is a time to decide to do things better, to do the right thing, to start over...I tend to look back on the year that has ended and as I look back on 2008 I wonder if I have done the things I should have or maybe done the things I shouldn't have....either way I try to live my life with no regrets (as a wise person once said, regrets will leave scars on your soul and doubt in your heart), the things I do and experience make me the person I am, but still I wonder if maybe I have done something that I shouldn't have, if I have hurt someone I care about or some one I love, I wonder if I have touched some ones life in an awesome way that will change their life for the better, have I left a mark? If I were to die today would the world be a better place because I was in it (besides my girls, cause I know the world is a better place because of them...), have I pushed someone (or more than one someone) into something they didn't want to do, Have I made them feel like if they did not want to do things my way I would not like/love them anymore...Have I mothered my friends when they didn't want to be, and all they really needed was a friend not a mother~ for me that last part would be hard to change...I am a mom, I love my girls with all my heart and if I find a friend or loved one that I care about very deeply and that I love I find it hard not to try and protect them, to help them when they fall, to let them know if I think they are doing something that will hurt them, I am a mom it is who I am, I am not sure if I can or even want to change~ I think the things I listed above make a good friend as well as a good mom...
Sorry for rambling, I was typing this as I was thinking back and I am sure it came out sounding all weird and garbled...
Happy New Year!!! I hope for all of you out there that this is the best year you have had yet, and that they only get better each and every year!!!!!

Nervous...
Nervous--viewing the future with anxiety or alarm...
I know I am normally seen as a pretty confident person, some one who knows what she wants and goes for it ( I didn't get married at 18 because I was indecisive), but some times that is not always the case, sometimes I know what I want, but I am not sure how to go for it...sometimes I am just as nervous as everyone else, some times more so...
I have always wanted to come off as a confident person, and sometimes I think that may be to my detriment, yes I know what I want, but do I always know how to get it....nope...are there times when I know how to get it but am to nervous to do what ever it takes...yep...so sometimes I just "lay in wait" for things to come to me....not always the best idea...but I am working on it...so if you are waiting for me to do something and I have not yet done it, it doesn't mean I don't want to it just means I am human and my nerves sometimes get in the way, and sooner or later (hopefully sooner) I will kick my nerves out of the way and do what I want to do but what my nerves keep getting in the way of...
( How's that for not talking about work ;-).... I kept my promise no work talk)

I will always love you, no matter what you do...
That is what daddy told me when ever I did some thing really wrong...."I will always love you, no matter what you do, I just might not be as proud of you as I usually am..." Well I think that fits for how I am feeling right now... I went to play in the snow ( another blog and pictures on that another time I promise) yesterday and while up there the phone reception is really bad and if my phone can not get a signal it turns itself off (a fact I did not know until last night at about 10 pm)...When I went to see why I wasn't getting any calls (thinking I had turned to volume down) I saw it was off, upon turning it on I saw I had 3 messages...one of which was a friend of mine, Daniel telling me that he is truly sorry for my loss and he had just heard the news...he went on to tell me about how the Lions have set a record of the most losses, ever...
So while I am not the proudest I have ever been, I still Love you my Lions!!!

Changes....
I don't know if it is the time of year, or maybe it is just a coincidence, but there have been a lot of changes going on in my life lately, most of them, have been in my head and are not really viewable to the outside world, but they are pretty big, and I have been kind of wrapped up in my head lately, and not getting very much sleep (hence the sleep survey I had on here)...One of the big things is work, The stupid "big boss" fired Daniel...I know crazy right, I knew I would miss him, but I had no idea how much I would miss him (and its not just that we have no one who knows how to fix all the computery type stuff...I miss sharing an office and all the little day to day type stuff) and Dumb and Dumber get away with murder, I have no idea what they say or do to the boss, but they get away with anything and everything, but I have gotten to the point where the stress is going to eat me alive if I don't just let it go, so that is exactly what I am trying to do, I try not to think or talk about work at all once I have walked out of the office door...When I am at work I try to avoid all the drama, and stay out of every ones way, now this doesn't mean that I condone what dumb and dumber have done and it doesn't mean that I am not going to do everything I can possibly think of to make sure they are not gone as soon as possible, They have hurt some of the coolest people I know and have come to love, they have caused me to be grumpy with my family and take work stuff out on my kids and that is not acceptable as well as she has to be the most stupid person I have ever met, she has worked there for almost 6 months and still hangs on on people when she is trying to put them on hold...not to mention all the other numerous things going on...so I have decided to do as Daddy would say "let go and let god." or as Jenn would say "karma is a bigger bitch than I could ever be"... We had our work "Christmas party" yesterday and it was horrible...no body spoke unless the "big boss" asked them a question and then it was as short of an answer as possible...so that's it I am done putting effort into it...this will be my last blog about work, unless someone gets fired...
Now maybe I can put my mind on other things and get done more of the stuff I want to do, and I am going to be able to be nicer to my Family and Friends....
I am so sorry to those of you who have had to listen to me bitch and moan... this was the last time...

How we spent our Thanksgiving 2008
We did want to make is special since it was a holiday, so we had breakfast with Shamu. The food was awesome, not that Bobbie even noticed ( she sat watching the tank and trainer the whole time, I think she may have taken 2 bites total), Krista on the other hand was chowing down the whole time...Then we went to the other part of my birthday gift...we took a DIP....
and rubbed her belly...

Thanksgiving
I will post more about my day at a later date, but for now I wanted to tell all of you how thankful I am to have you in my life, each person that reads this blog is very special to me, some I have known for years, some are recent additions to my life, some are VERY dear friends that I had lost touch with and have come back into my life, and one I have known since before I was born, no matter who you are, I wanted to say thank you for being a part of my life. I hope whom ever you were with and what ever you did that you had an awesome day and that when you lay your head down on your pillow tonight, you know that you are a special person and that while I am thankful to have you in my life I am most certainly not alone in that...XOXO

I want my money back!
So Just to do a quick update before I get into my birthday night...I have been reading the Twilight Saga and have read each book at least 5 times ( i think it might be 6)...so since the movie was coming out the day after my birthday I figured what a way to end my last birthday ever ( now that I am 29 I refuse to get any older, I am calling it a holding pattern) than by going to the midnight showing of the movie that is SUPPOSED to be the on screen version of the first book in this awesome 4 series saga? Well at this point just about anything would have been better, sleep for example, getting my eyebrows wax, hell even getting a bikini wax would have topped how I felt last night. I literally sat through the movie say " That's wrong." or "that isn't supposed to happen here." or the best one, and one that was muttered the most often " that was never in the book!" and the number one most muttered not just by me but by others around me is a tie between " What the hell?" and "What the f^(k?"...I still LOVE the books and will continue to read them over and over, but the movie...well it sucked big hairy toad balls...
Am I glad I saw it?...yes...after reading and loving the books so much I would have always wondered if I would like it or not
Am I glad I went to the midnight showing?...nope...I could have slept last night and been less cranky this morning, and I could have saved 3 bucks ( not a lot of money but it would have paid for half my soda), and my curiosity would have been satisfied...
Will I go see the other movies when they come out?...yes, for one I want to see if they get any better, and two because I love the books so much I would almost feel guilty if I did not go see them.
Will I go to the midnight showing of the next 3?...HELL NO!!!!! I will go to a Monday matinee when everyone is at school or work
When any/all of the movies come out on DVD will I buy them?...Probably...I would love to have a set of movies to put up on the shelf next to the set of the books
Will I watch and of said DVD's?...nah...they will probably remain in the wrapping ( unless they start to get better.
So go see the movie, but don't expect greatness, because you will not get it...

Bobbie has decided to ask religous questions...
So my 8 year old is basically looking for the meaning of life ( I think she is a bit early on this?!?) so while asking me questions about different religions I have tried my hardest to find the answers for her, or at least someone who can answer her questions...she talked to a friend of hers that's is a Jehovah's witness and ruled that out almost immediately because of lack of celebrating birthdays and holidays ( hey, while she is very smart she is still part me...lol...) she asked about Catholicism, and ruled that out because she wants to be able to use birth control ( she wants to adopt babies who need a home instead of making new ones
